I can’t see my previous journal entries

First, please don’t worry! The journal entries you have carefully written in Mymory are securely protected through three layers of storage: your device, our server, and regular backups.

If your journal entries are not visible, one of the following may be the cause.

1. A temporary sync failure

In very rare cases, syncing between your device and the server may fail due to a network error or similar issue.

Please try syncing again through the following menu:
Settings > Journal / Birdy > Journal Data > Resync

2. You are signed in to a different account

After changing devices or reinstalling the app, you may have signed in with an account different from the one you previously used.

Mymory only supports sign-in with an Apple or Google account. If your journal entries are not shown in the account currently signed in, please try another account or sign-in method that you may have used before.

Your Mymory journal data is encrypted and securely stored on our server, while also being synced to your device in real time. Our server data is regularly backed up as well, so you can continue using Mymory with peace of mind.

If the problem continues after trying the steps above, please let us know through the “Contact Us” button below. We will check the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
